LECIP was founded in 1953 and is a Japanese market leader in ticket payment systems. LECIP´s philosophy is to bring “Comfortable Everyday” to their users around the world. In recent years LECIP´s international operations have grown tremendously with subsidiary’s in Singapore, Thailand, USA and Sweden. The Swedish subsidiary is located in Krokslätts fabriker.

Arbetsuppgifter:

Work tasks
As a software developer you will design and develop new software for card readers, e-ticket terminals and e-payment in public transport as well as maintaining established products. Some work will be within hardware, running a variety of operating systems including Linux, Windows and Android. You will also work with troubleshooting as well as read and understand data sheets for microcontrollers and communication circuits. The work contains contact with the Japanese headquarter and the technical manager, from whom you get assignments and discuss possible solutions.

Profil:

Education, experience and personal qualities
• Computer science or related technical degree
• Experience of software development, programming
• Knowledge in C or C++
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written, Swedish is strongly meritorious

You have good analytical skills and strive to figure out new ways of improving your work over time. Finally, you have an overall perspective, are concerned about the organization and have a great interest in helping and cooperating with other people.
