Polystar provides real-time service and network assurance and customer analytics solutions that enable CSPs to work proactive and to operate their networks efficiently, while providing the best products and services to their customers. They are used for analytics, troubleshooting and reporting by teams throughout the CSP's organization, from management and network operations, to customer care and marketing.
About the position
As a system developer at Polystar you´ll participate in the development of business and performance-critical systems for analyzing mobile communication networks. Polystar works with the latest technology and standards and is in the front of the telecom industry. Their systems are high class and they place great emphasis on performance and scalability. The systems handle hundreds of billions of transactions every day, worldwide. Polystar works agile in cross-functional teams of about 5-10 people with scrum-based development methodology.
We are looking for a senior Java developer who has the interest and experience of databases as well as telecom and its underlying technologies such as protocols and mobile networks (eg 5G, IoT, LTE, VoLTE, IMS). It is preferable if you also have knowledge about communication protocols, multithreaded distributed systems, real-time systems, network programming and databases.
