Test Engineer for Embedded Systems

Our client is an R&D driven start-up and wireless technology development company, active in the field of connecting small devices to the Internet (IoT). It works with a combination of hardware and software innovations within asset tracking and wireless sensor networks. We are located in Stockholm, Sweden.

We arelooking for a test engineer to complement the embedded programming team, working with features related to ISM radio, GPS, BLE, positioning, proximity, sensors, and various wireless communication protocols.

Client views unit and integration testing as an important part of building a robust and error free product offering for its customers. We are working towards implementation of a test driven development process with continuous integration and test.

Ideally you will have previously worked with test methodologies (such as Jenkins) in an embedded software environment, and have exposure to embedded software programming, electrical engineering, systems engineering, C, Python, Linux, make, Git, embedded low-power OS (e.g. TI RTOS, RIOT, EMBED, Contiki), and agile development practices.
