Junior UX Architect

We put the user at the centre of everything we do and believe great design is at the core of how customers perceive our brands.We can offer you an exciting, challenging role, with plenty of opportunities to learn and grow. What you will do You will be working on interaction design deliverables, including sitemaps, user journeys, scenarios, detailed task flows and wireframesWorking with senior members of the team to evolve our vision for a key customer experienceConducting competitive analysis/heuristic reviews to feed into recommendationsWorking shoulder to shoulder with our user researchers to ensure assumptions are validated and our experiences usableBuilding strong working relationships with our UI Design team ensuring our cross functional skillsets are utilised as effectively as possiblePresent your work to the team and business stakeholders, clearly articulating rationale behind your decisionsMonitor and share knowledge on emerging technologies, trends within UX and the industryBe the voice of our customers in product developmentLearn as much as you can from the UX teamYour experience Able to create wireframes in a variety of tools (Sketch, Axure, Figma, etc)Ability to create prototypes to support an array of activitiesHave a working understanding of web standards and best practice applicationUnderstand technology and the constraints these have on site and app designAbility to work with different skillsets; Designers, Product Managers, Developers, Business Analysts, UX Researchers and is comfortable participating and supporting cross functional workshopsExposure to multi-lingual, large scale b2c ecommerce websites is a bonusAbility and to solve complex problems in innovative waysEnergetic & friendly with an appetite to learn and educateExcellent communication and presentation skillsCan work collaboratively and accept guidance How will success be measured in this role Actionable insights delivered and implementedRegular performance reviews with your line managerActing in line with Kindred Group valuesSuccessful completion of all relevant training and other compliance activities that support Kindred's sustainable and responsible growth Application process Click on the "Apply Now" button and complete the short web form.
