Business Support Specialist, Support Improvement Unit, Helpdesk , IKEA IT Delivery

We want to become even better at providing IKEA with Support. We are looking for a Business Support Specialist that will focus on tactical tool development, administration and knowledge sharing.
In your position as Business Support Specialist within Support Improvement you will provide support to co-workers across the IKEA organization regarding solutions such as the Remedy suite, the Cisco phone system and communication platform, Helpdesk Angel, wiki, the staff planning tool and more. You work closely with the process leader in the daily work with implementing and improving the process, the working method and the tools.

You will help with daily challenges, questions and information flow to and between stakeholders, super-users and end-users. You will conduct trainings, launch new functionality, communicate and coach how to make usage of the solutions in the best way. You?ll be involved in working pro-actively to gather needs and improve solutions.

The Business Support Specialist has a coordinating role within existing business networks, providing up to date information around the new technologies and/or functionality in existing landscape and how they can be applicable to IKEA. The Business Support Specialist may lead and drive some of these networks and also participate in external vendor user communities.

Is this the right challenge for you?
First of all you have a passion for support and development and are driven by helping people and problem solving in a constantly changing environment. Furthermore you have experience of requirement management, acceptance testing and business implementation of new tools. You have a basic knowledge and experience from working with communication, preferably internal communication.

You have an interest in technology and how it supports communication and collaboration, are analytical and work in structured way. Your English is fluent both verbally and written and you communicates excellent in a straight forward way and are good at networking and building fruitful relationships.
