We have scaled from five to 45 people with extremely low turn-over because we offer a great place to work! Right now we are looking for the best Product Designer in Sweden to join us at our Sundsvall office with the following skill set.Comfortable working with multiple high-priority tasks and multiple successful product launches that drive meaningful impact to the business.Bring multiple stakeholders with differing opinions to the table to understand and solve problems.As an ambassador of empathy for the user, lead/guide your team and enlighten stakeholders with the user expectations and needs at the forefront.Collaborating with team members in different geographical locations and cross products to cover the whole user journey of the solution.Tell a story of the concept and the users that enlightens and engages the audience.Growth mindset of continuously trying, learn and improve to reach the quality and impact applied in both skill set and product design.By excellent communication and graphical skills engage and articulate your design thinking and decision making. Rapidly iterate and deliver UI or UX concepts based on feedback. Work tight with the engineers to effectively communicate your designs from concept to launch. Work tight with the engineers to ensure a high-quality implementation and user experience.
