Digital Banking In Swedbank, Digital Banking is responsible for customer experience, innovation, development and maintenance of channels and tools used in customer interactions. The organization consists of ~1000 employees spread over all our home markets. Digital Banking is a rapidly growing unit and we are quickly becoming one of the most important strategic areas of the Swedbank Group.

About the job In the App Team team we are developing and maintaining all app within the mobile bank, youth, corp and private. We develop mobile apps for both Swedbank and savings banks on both Android and iOS. The channel we work with are used by millions of customers each month. We are looking for a dedicated experienced Software Engineer with expertise in CI/CD and test Automation for mobile apps.

The team consists of Software Engineers, a Scrum Master and an Agile Product Owner and this is giving the team great conditions to work effectively. As a Software Engineer with expertise in our team you will work to set best practices and ensure and be a mentor to the rest of the app developers. Your experience with test automation on both iOS and Android will be very valuable in how we constantly improve our way of working with test in all our apps.

In this position you will:

Contribute in all areas: analyze, design, develop, test and maintain services delivered by the team. But main focus will be on test
Proactively reduce the technical depths
Design software following architecture principles
Solve and deploy solutions of incidents and problems
Continuously update existing documentation for the services
Ensure quality awareness and care when designing, building and maintaining software
Act as team player in the cross functional team and constantly improve the way of working

What you need to succeed To excel in this role you will need:

Academic degree in IT, engineering or equivalent
At least 4 year experience as a Developer
Experience in agile way of working
Fluency in both Swedish and English
Experience in Objective C, Swift, Java EE, REST, Jenkins
