Preparing of Outlook rules for catching the blocker alertsAssessing the risk and recognizing the required actions for the Events generated by monitoring toolsAttending to the received monitoring alerts (i.e. Events) from the Servers’ and Applications’ monitoring toolsAutomatically/manually creating tickets in our Service Desk in response to the recognized Events from the monitoring toolProactively monitoring the monthly maintenances on our SaaS Servers to make sure the maintenance work will not have any effect on our SaaS environmentsInforming clients regarding the detected events and the taken actions via Service Desk tickets or direct emailClose collaboration with the Technical Team Lead and Operations Manager at Vendavo ClientCare regarding the recognised Events with substantial effects on our SaaS clientsInforming Head of Vendavo ClientCare regarding any risk on SaaS servers and SaaS clients
