Backend Developer: Ruby on Rails

About the job: We are looking for backend developer with a minimum 4 years experience in Ruby on Rails. This position is perfect for you who want to work in a tech start up where your ideas will be valued. Swedish is not a requirement. You will work in a tight Product team to develop our award winning platform “ProgMatchr”. As Senior Backend Developer you will:Work with Elixir, Ruby on Rails, Sidekiq, Microservices (just to name a few).Be involved in infrastructure work such as cloud server orchestration, with tools like Kubernetes and Docker.Be exposed to the whole business, in an environment where your ideas counts. Participate in code review, to make sure we ship the best possible code Work closely with our core business team, fellow developers and UX experts to plan and execute product release with the agile teamAs Backend Developer you should:Have a minimum of four years of professional experience in Ruby on RailsBe comfortable with agile and Test Driven DevelopmentHave experience in diversified projects, reference cases (Open source projects, Ruby projects, etc.)Have a good sense of code qualityAdditional information: You will work in a small product team and therefore you should have a collaborative personality. DevOps-experience is a plus.
