C++ Developer and Scrum Master

In this role you will work in the OPS Development team with the OPS (Open Platform System) platform. The OPS platform is an advanced and highly transaction intensive gaming and account system, handling player data, wagers, payments and game specific business rules. The platform is widely used by gaming operators around the world.
Job Description
As a Scrum Master within the OPS Development team you will act as the point of contact for the team and support them in their daily activities. Since this is a part time development role your work will also include all aspects of C++ development, review of requirements, communication with third party integration partners, writing design features, review of others designs and coding etc. Your role will roughly be divided in 30% Scrum Master responsibilities and 70% development and other tasks such as: Work within the SAFe framework to build new functionality and maintain existing systems Work closely with the Technical Operations team to analyze production issues Lead the team towards best practice code - and team work Develop new features for our customers You will be part of a cross functional team with around 6 persons all passionate about what they do. In total we are 30 colleagues included developers, QA’s and scrum masters
Qualifications
We are looking for a person that are highly passionate about what you do, self-motivated, driven and enjoy to collaborate with different teams- and peoples. You are familiar with designing and building financial, gaming or other similar systems and get excited by seeing millions of users running your code. You are curious and eager to learn and enjoy sharing your knowledge and best practices with others. We also believe that you have these skills:
Understanding of agile practices and the principles of lean software development
Solid and demonstrable C++ development experience
Understanding of how to build transaction intensive systems connected to the internet
Technologies and methodologies used include: C++, C#, IIS, Shell Scripting, Windows server environment, Microsoft SQL server, Python, Visual Studio, Scrum and Jira.
