As a Senior Technical Support Specialist you will be an important part of the global support team, where Snow Software works to help international clients and partners with advanced cases regarding the license manage systems, both in terms of technology and usage. It?s also the Support team?s responsibility to manage the in-house IT-operations. The various cases involve advanced troubleshooting and require your deep technical knowledge. Your employment will start with a training program and easer tasks that will over time become more advanced, as your competence increases.

This role requires you to be service minded and driven in your problem solving. You are highly organized and thorough. You are outgoing and able to communicate technical information in an educational way, both in Swedish and English. The product is developing quickly, which means you have to be curious and driven to always improve your knowledge. As every case is unique, you take initiatives to find useful information on your own. You need to be both patient and thrive in a rapidly changing environment, as each case varies in size and technical depth. Furthermore, you have a good technical background and you work or have worked with technical support, alternatively application management for more than 3 years. You have good knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server (Scripting, TSQL) and Windows Server (PowerShell, IIS/Web Services). We see it as a bonus if you have some knowlege of Software development, Oracle, Linux /Unix /Mac, Microsoft SCCM and/or License Management.
