Redpill Linpro Open Source Trainee program:
Redpill Linpro is the leading provider of Open Source products and services in Scandinavia. The company consists of more than 150 people that sees the world with open eyes. Our focus is to deliver open solutions, open business models and an open society where we strive to deliver maximum efficiency and innovation to our customers. The interest for Open Source and Open Solutions in Scandinavia and the rest of the world is exploding and we need more people to be able to meet the expectations of our customers. We have also launched a couple of new innovative solutions that will require more manpower.

We have filled the program with a combination of theoretical and practical assignments, designed to give you the skills you need to excel in work. We will make sure to give you relevant training and time to add significant certifications on your CV as well as meritating customer projects and experience from various locations in Scandinavia. If you are up for it, we might also add a couple of European experiences.

Who are we looking for?
We are looking for people who are dedicated developers with a great ambition. You probably have an education from University or similar higher educational degree. We do not expect you to have loads of experience from working as a developer, but we expect you to have a great interest in Java and Open Source solutions ? as we do. It is of course also a merit if you have some experience from working in customer projects with these technologies, but not a requirement.
From us you will learn how to build a multi-layer architecture, different Java script frameworks, Integration technology and methods, various development tools, web services, REST, JEE, Java and all the other technologies that are included in our area of interest.
The Open Source products we are working with includes (among others) Alfresco, WSO2, JBoss/WildFly, MuleESB/Anypoint Platform, Drupal, Camel and Servicemix.
It is a requirement that you are fluent in either Swedish, Norwegian or Danish.
