Production Expert

Missions:
The Production Expert is responsible for continuous service improvements of the services provided by Netsize as a company to its customers, which include KPI management, Problem Management, Release communication, Bug Management. Also, ensuring that standardized methods and procedures are used for efficient and prompt handling of all requests to maintain the service quality, and, consequently improve the day-to-day operations of the organization.
Act as 3rd line support towards the support organization to ensure request are escalated properly, and are handled correctly. You may require understanding the complexity of the system, and providing ways to quickly resolve the requests.
Required Experience, skills and qualification:
Technical Skills
MSc. or other academic degree in Computer Science or Engineering, in combination with related work experience
Experience from working within both Linux/Unix and Windows
Experience in database SQL/Oracle
ITIL certification and/or experience are an advantage.
Experience in Java technology and J2EE is an advantage

Soft Skills
Good Spoken and Written English
Good documentation skills

Should be open to work in a multicultural environment
Problem solving approach
Quick Learner and open to learn
Should be open to help as needed to other teams, and should always share knowledge
