Development & Production Intern

Born in 2014 by Creative Director, Max Svärdh and CEO, Albin Johansson, Axel Arigato is a Sweden based contemporary brand that started from an Instagram page and an idea to break into the footwear market.

With deep roots in music, art, architecture and what is contemporary, Axel Arigato has defined itself by offering more than a product. It has been created to leave an experience at the front of mind, whether it’s via stores, online or through events.

Axel Arigato currently has 4 stores, including London, Copenhagen, Stockholm and Gothenburg with more pending. Expanding from 2 people to now hiring over 60 members of staff in 4 years, Axel Arigato also operates a subsidiary office in London.

Area of Responsibility

The focus for the Development and Production Intern is to understand and work with our products from sketch to delivery to warehouse or external partner.

The Production Intern will assist in the development, sample management, and production.

Job Assignment

General

• Provide assistance across the department when requested

Data management

• Data creation and maintenance in the systems used across the department

Purchase orders

• Assist in raising and closing purchase orders

Sample Management

• Assist in sample management, from maintaining perfect records to organizing shipments

Product Development

• Source and procure Objects to enrich our Object category for both online and retail stores
• Work on production or development overviews in InDesign or Illustrator.
• Assist in creating product specifications

SALARY: Unpaid internship
START DATE: According to agreement
LOCATION: Gothenburg, Sweden
