IT Manager

Arbetsuppgifter:
He/She will be responsible for the smooth operation of our Windows and Linux systems. His/Her role requires to be an expert on the most important Windows, Linux and RDBMS services, and to act as an internal service provider to our IT employees. * To manage as the primary point of managing the planning, architecting, installation, configuration, development and administration of a sophisticated Microsoft Windows servers platform. * Handle the function and business operation for all related services, by specify the business and projects requirements, accomplish the tasks effectively, review the results and ensure the objectives are achieved within the agreed requirements and timeline. * Manage a high cooperation and association with the external vendors, developers and/or internal department contacts to ensure a stable, secure and efficient running of the services within testing and operational environments. *Ensure the servers and services platform are secure and well protected against internal and/or external security threats. * Manage the backup and restore policies and procedures, and ensure them are fully implemented according to the business rules and needs. * Provide superior manage over the billing system, as business process, upgrade and update needs, troubleshoot and solve related problems. * Manage related Information Management projects to be processed based on the standard life cycle process including the capability and responsibility for the stakeholder's outcome. * Ensure the maximum availability and accessibility on all related systems and services, by using the latest technologies of the redundancy, backup and disaster recovery solutions. * Perform systems analysis techniques and procedures including performance analysis, reporting, and tuning to align with the quality of service expectations. Provide second level of support to fellow team members and customers upon needs and requirements. * Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation on all servers, services and processes. *Online gaming Environments (deployment, configuration and troubleshooting) is preferable.

Kvalifikationer:
Essential qualifications: Diploma or higher degree in related filed (Computer or Telecommunication Science). Desirable qualifications: A certificate in MCP, Cisco or Brocade is plus. Essential experience & skills * 5 years experience as a supervisor in the field of online gaming. * Extensive experience of operating systems management and technologies over windows server environment. * In depth knowledge of networking technologies and protocols, especially areas such as TCP/IP, firewalls, DNS, DHCP, and FTP. * In depth knowledge of DBM, MS. Access, MySQL and SQL Server Database. * In depth knowledge of backup and restore technologies and techniques. * In depth knowledge in security environments. * Good experience of web technologies (IIS, Apache). * Hands on managing web sites, web hosting, proxy service, and web certificates. * Hands-on virtualization technologies. * Hands-on experience working with Linux technologies. * Hands-on experience working with performance monitoring, trending, and optimization. * Hands-on experience working with high availability methodologies, fault tolerance, network load balancing, and failover clustering. Personal qualities & behavioural traits: Very good command in both English and Arabic Languages. Basic knowledge in Turkish language is preferable. Written, oral and interpersonal communication skills Service oriented Very good command in both English and Arabic Languages
