Product Owner Cloud, IKEA IT AB

We are looking for awesome product owners within the area of Google Cloud (GCP) and Microsoft Cloud (Azure).We are building cloud-based run-time and services as our future technology foundation and we have just started! Our priorities are creating flexibility and speed for our users and customers. Do you want to be a part of shaping this together with us? As product owner you are responsible for setting the long- and short-term goals in the roadmap and ensuring that these are met together with brilliant engineers in your teams. You will lead deliveries for one or two product teams with five to ten engineers in each. In your role you will play a key part creating the technology foundation serving millions of IKEA customers with new shopping experiences around the world. You will work in an agile environment together with a highly skilled diverse team. What you will do                           -     Create goals as input to roadmap and drive value creation-     Responsible for development and adoption of the cloud area globally within IKEA-     Collaborate with other key people to secure that we are working on the right goals and activities-     Lead agile product teams that will realize the goals in the roadmap-     Grow a healthy, collaborative engineering culture-     Inspire and guide teams to work towards our business objectivesWho you are (wishlist)-     You are passionate about the future of the cloud technologies in a global market-     You are delivery focused and truly enjoy interacting and working with people -     You equally driven by creating long term strategic goals as well as short term deliverables-     You have experience in creating cloud-based foundation or awesome services as well as working with public cloud infrastructure (Azure, GCP, AWS etc.)-     You enjoy leading engineers or see this as your next challenge-     You have been a part of migrating to or using public cloud services-     You have knowledge of automation and tooling (Terraform, Ansible etc.)-     You have experience in scripting and/or programming (Python, Java, PowerShell etc.)-     You have created self service capabilities and functions for public cloud infrastructure As a person, you are open-minded, you have a hunger to learn more and always strive for continuous improvement.
