You will be a key player in our web team, focusing on the continuous development of the Kisi Web-based administrator dashboard that is used by our customers worldwide. Our team is fast-growing and diverse and you’ll take on a lot of responsibility and influence on our online platform by collaborating with design and backend development team.ResponsibilitiesDevelop complex, functional and interactive user-facing features using React.js (16.8)Translate webpage prototypes made by our UX designer into high quality codeDevelop a flexible and well-structured frontend architecture, along with the APIs to support itBuild reusable components and frontend libraries for future useCollaborate with our product, design, QA and API teamsLearn and understand user interactionsCoaching and guiding your team members towards technical solutionsRequirements5+ years experience in React.js and Web app developmentExperienced with the best UX practices for WebGreat understanding of agile working methods and user interactions, as well as know-how of producing well-written and clean codeEager to learn new things and have an ability to perform well in a high-speed work environmentLeadership skills and feeling comfortable with coaching othersTo succeed in this role, you should also be a techie team player who thrives in a fast-paced work environmentGreat English communication skills, both verbal and written Why Kisi?Be part of a fast-growing startup!
