Enter team leader...

We work as collaborative, cross-functional Agile teams in an environment where engineers own delivery from concept to production deployment and support. The teams consists of around seven engineers and it’s your responsibility to make sure that they can make a difference.

Your role is to nurture, help, and develop the team you lead and manage. You lead by example through hands-on technical contributions and are accountable for your team and their technical direction and delivery. It’s about delivering high quality software on a daily basis and making sure that we build something that our customers love. Maybe even love enough to tell their friends about.

We care about people as much as technical excellence. Mindset, culture and values are as important to us as your technical skills. Needless to say, the bar is high for both aspects. Pairing, clean coding, testing and continuous delivery practises should be second nature to both you and your team.

We expect you to:

• be able to deliver good quality, well engineered software and to have demonstrable evidence that you’ve done so before.

• have several years of experience in more than one of Java, Erlang, Ruby, JavaScript, Scala, Clojure or similar programming languages

• have tried out a variety of Agile techniques and has developed a pragmatic mindset.

But most importantly you LOVE TEAMS. You love building them, leading them and celebrating with them.
