Continuous improvement, working closely together and discussion is the way to learn from each other.?Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:Have 6-10+ years’ experience programming in Java, Javascript, .Net, C#, Python or C/C++, demonstrate proven expertise in production grade software development.Experience of JEE architecture and related design principles Experience in Angular JS, React JS, Node JSExperience of Service Oriented and Microservices based Architecture (Spring Boot, SOA, web services, REST) Be proficient in SQL, NoSQL, Mongo DB,  database design and modellingHave experience with Hadoop stack, i.e different Hadoop distribution (Hortonworks and Cloudera), Hive, Spark, Kafka, Spark, Oozie, Ranger, etcHave prior work and/or research experience with unstructured data and data modelling as well as familiarity with different development methodologies (e.g. agile, waterfall, XP, scrum, etc.) Must possess excellent verbal and written communications skills and be a strong team player capable of working in a demanding start-up environment and have strong analytical skills and be a creative problem-solverHave bachelor or higher degree in computer science or similar subjectsDesirable: Development experience in cloud environment like AWS and Azure is a strong plusExperience of UI development (JavaScript, CSS) DevOps and infrastructure as code experience, familiar with tools like Jenkins, Ansible, Docker, Kubernetes etcMachine learning engineering experience, like model management, model serving, optimizing model training is a strong plusExperience designing and tuning high-performance systems and prior experience with data warehousing and business intelligence systemsEducational qualificationYou must have a BS or MS in IT / computer science or similar.Development certification like Java, AWS Certified Developer or similar is highly recommended.Fluency in both written and verbal English is mandatory.Does this sound like an interesting service to you?
