Digital Designer / Art Director to Benify

About the position
As a Digital Designer you will be our expert in creating visual content that converts online. You will make sure that we reach our potential clients with engaging material in our digital channels. You will work with the entire process from thought to content creation together with the creative team that consists of two copywriters and an Art Director. In this position, you will have the opportunity to use your creativity as your superpower and have a huge impact on Benify’s future digital marketing strategy.

For example, you will:

• Create engaging material for our digital channels, with focus on moving media.
• Analyze customer behavior and conversion for constant improvement of your work.
• Together with our Art Director, set Benify’s visual strategy and graphical profile for campaigns and marketing material.
• Create E-books and printed marketing material together with the rest of the creative team.
• Be in charge of all video production for our digital channels.
• Manage our video library.
• When needed, create motion animations and do some video editing.
• Create infographics and other visuals for social media and website a long side our Art Director.
• Work closely with other stakeholders such as product communication manager, external marketing manager or other parts of the organisation.

Are you our next Benifyer?
You have a clear understanding of how design can be used in different parts of the buying funnel. You are a great designer and a self-starter, eager to test and experiment with different ad formats and style.

You have:

• At least 4 years of working experience as an Art Director, Graphic Designer or similar with great knowledge in digital marketing, preferably B2B.
• Ability to edit videos and basic knowledge of motion graphics. It´s an extra plus if you have experience in filming material.
• Excellent Photoshop skills. Familiarity with some of the following design tools are desirable: Bannerflow, Google Web Designer, After Effect, Premiere Pro.
• Knowledge of Google, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter ad formats.
• You are fluent in English, both verbally and written. It is great if you have knowledge in one or more of the following languages: Swedish, German, Dutch, French or Danish.
