Position Green is growing and we are now searching for new, awesome colleagues to help us make transformational wonders for our clients and our planet. You have the opportunity to join us and be part of this journey.  About this positionAs a software developer in Position Green you will be part of our core technical team. Here you will primarily be:Responsible for implementing, testing and carry the result to our production environmentAnalyzing client needs and creating smart solution modelsResponsible for certain areas of the platformSupport and help our clientsDocumenting our solutions and domain modelsInspiring colleagues, networks and meet-ups with your ideas and lessons learnedHelping make best practices, optimize processes and further develop our culturePosition Green is a software-as-a-service platform which we currently host ourselves. Our stack gravitate towards the Microsoft technology stack (Windows Server, .NET C#, ASP.NET MVC and SQL Server). New features we prefer to build with .NET Core stack and we plan to switch over to a containerized hosting environment (like Docker Swarm or similar). Clients use their browsers to access the service so we have an equally large front-end codebase. For the most part we have SPA based areas based on a variety of frameworks like jQuery, Knockout.js, angular talking over REST api’s. Most of this functionality will get face lifts over the next year and we started that work by creating our own design-system and take the opportunity to modernize with TypeScript, React and GraphQL.Being a small dev team means we need to be the jack of all trades. To succeed in this role, you are well versed in web stack technology and concepts, and distributed architectures and design. It will also be an advantage if you have experience or knowledge about agile processes, microservices and Domain-Driven Design. Just as you want to create great code, you also want to deliver a high level of service to clients and colleagues.
