UI Designer

We are growing fast, and with us, so can you.What you'll do:Work in our design team with innovating, improving and creating scalable assets, icons, illustrations and animations in a smart and coherent way with focus on the productDesign interfaces for our products with a cross-platform mind and attention to detailDo visual execution across other media and campaigns for other teams and departmentImprove the design system together with other designers and developersBe part of the product team to define problems and goals, prototype and be part of testing creationsEnsure valuable, scalable and feasible design solutions for both internal use and end-usersRequired for the role:5+ years of experience as a designer focused on apps and/or web technologiesAppreciate agile product design processesSolid portfolio of work and projects (Dribbble, Behance, website or similar)Cross-platform design experience (web, tablet, mobile, email etc)Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and related web technologiesA component-based mindset to be able to scale conceptsNice to have:Motion design skillsetNot required:You don't have to know Swedish (daily work is carried out in English and the Mentimeter team currently boasts 19 different nationalities!)Mentimeter is a product-first, tech-heavy, fast-growing, inclusive and profitable startup built by engineers.
