What You’ll Be Doing 

We’re looking for someone to join our global support team in central Stockholm. 

Our product is used by some of the world’s largest trading houses, miners and shipowning corporations and we take great pride in continuously delivering a modern high-quality service. You will be fully trained in our SaaS platforms and will in turn work together with them to train their users and onboard them onto our platforms. You will be tasked to assist clients with queries of a simple nature, create documentation and liaise with our various departments when necessary to deliver a seamless user experience to our clients. You will also have the opportunity to conduct demos of our platforms to prospective clients and attend industry seminars and conferences with the Commercial team. 

The ideal candidate must be organised, accountable, resourceful, meticulous and diligent while possessing, at the same time, basic IT knowledge/skills and common sense. The candidate should have exposure to and/or knowledge of the shipping and commodities industries and be competent and fluent in English in order to both engage and interact with our clients.

Skills and experience you'll need 

• Exposure to or knowledge of the shipping and commodities industries is a bonus 

• IT-literate 

• MS Word, PowerPoint is crucial. Good Excel skills is a bonus. 

• Prior work or customer service experience is NOT required. 

• Ability to read, communicate and write in fluent, professional and concise English

Soft Skills 

• Strong organisational, prioritisation and interpersonal skills 

• Demonstrated ability to work in a team setting 

• Able to work effectively and professionally under tight deadlines 

• Innovative problem-solving ability 

• Willingness to learn more about how cutting-edge IT solutions can enable efficiency gains and drive innovation and workflows throughout the shipping and commodity industries 

• You appreciate working together with a diverse set of people to solve problems 

• You love what you do and seem like someone who will enjoy working with the team
