Role Description Zebware has an ambitious and exciting roadmap ahead! To support and drive quality related aspects of our platform we are looking for a QA Lead to join our team! In this position you will be helping to set and execute on the test plan together with our cross-functional team of developers, QAs, UX and technical product owners. The scope will cover all aspects of our quality - both functional and technical – utilizing manual and automated testing techniques. Our platform for multi-cloud data management encompasses on-premise Object Storage Gateways, a Central View & Governance module and a Customer Portal and License Manager module.Our way of working is agile and you are expected to take a proactive and collaborative role throughout the whole development cycle. This means defining test strategies, setting test criteria, preparing and executing tests, providing feedback and generally be the champion of quality for the platform.All our backend development is written in Go and the frontend is written in React using Ant Design. On-premise data endpoints are S3 compatible and adapters are used to access 15+ pre-integrated cloud providers for backend storage. RESTful APIs are used and GitLab employed for code management.Your Professional Profile5+ years of software testingKnowledge of test methodologies (exploratory testing, performance testing and ideally also test automation)Used to working in agile environments with short release cycles and iterationsExperience in testing of technically oriented middleware productsFurthermore, the following is advantageousLead of tech projects / releases or working as a scrum masterKnowledge of object storage and cloud solutions (S3, various cloud provides – AWS/GCP/Azure etc., OpenStack Swift, Ceph...)Knowledge of containerization and virtualizationVersion control using GitLabIdeally educated to Bachelor’s or Master’s degree level in Computer Science and / or EngineeringWho You AreHighly organized and can work effectively with minimal supervision.
