About the job Identity team is a cross-functional team within IAM & Security Department. Our services are utilized by a vast majority of applications in the bank to meet security challenges and requirements originated from the enterprise Cyber Security policy. We design, implement and maintain commoditized cyber security infrastructure such as:

Identity Management: (humans and devices, e.g., via SailPoint).
Privileged Access Management (e.g., CyberArk).
Authentication & Authorization: (e.g., SAML2, Kerberos, OpenID, MFA).
Infrastructure Directory: (e.g., Active Directory, Virtual Directories).

In this role, you will be engaged in taking our Identity Management platform to the next level.

On daily basis you will be working with following assignments:

Develop and support Identity infrastructure used across Swedbank group.
Occasionally, act as level 3 support for incidents within the area of department responsibility.
Design entities and artifacts in the IAM domain - identities, roles, accounts, and entitlements.
Implement processes and APIs to deliver these entities to IAM consumers (application developers, infrastructure automation developers) on-demand, just-in-time fashion.
Help stakeholders govern IAM processes and meet compliance requirements.
Resolve incidents, bugs and deficiencies.

What you need to succeed As a Software Engineer in Identity team, we expect you to be motivated individual, with good technical skills and constant desire to stay on top of technology.
You have successfully completed a degree in a relevant subject and have a solid combination of the following requirements:

5+ years of experience in Java programming (preferably in building frameworks or infrastructure);
Good level of scripting, such as PowerShell, Python or similar;
Proven skills in working with Database Management systems.
Understanding and interest on infrastructure architecture and data modeling;
Ability to handle uncertainty and do quick and efficient drill down in the given area;
Team-oriented, good communication skills (also excellent in English) and willingness to share your knowledge.
Experience developing in an Identity Management system (e.g., SailPoint framework) is a plus.
A good sense of humor.
