Junior Data Analyst

Fixed-term six month contract, Stockholm, Sweden

Widespace is looking for a data analyst that wants to work with the latest technologies. We work with cloud based big data frameworks such as Apache Hadoop, AWS Redshift, AWS Kinesis and Apache Storm and perform analysis in R, SQL and OLAP based Business intelligence tools.

The Widespace premium mobile advertising platform includes creative formats, large scale databases, high speed transaction engines and client side SDK?s enabling media companies and developers to monetize their mobile applications and website traffic.
Main responsibilities
- Performing data analysis research tasks on Widespace data
- Developing algorithms and reports for use within the Widespace solutions
- Supporting internal and external clients with ad hoc data analysis
- Development of data products
- Work according to agile or lean work process in close collaboration with colleagues in Stockholm and Bangladesh
Requirements
- Relevant bachelor or master degree within Computer Science, Mathematical Statistics or equivalent work experience is required
- Good spoken and written English is required
- Some prior experience of data analysis work is required

The role is a full-time fixed term contract for six months stationed in the Widespace HQ office in downtown Stockholm.
