We are looking for a Frontend Developer who wants to make Natural Cycles a global success by using data-driven insights to test and iterate our website. You will join our Web team and have a key role in forming and driving decisions for our web presence strategy, architecture and performance.

We think that you are someone who thrives in a fast-paced, data-driven environment and who enjoys building, testing and optimizing for the web!

What you will be doing

Working in a tight-knit agile team with a product manager, copywriter, web designer and developers. Your work will include input from stakeholders across the organisation, from marketing to HR and R&D.
Ideating and implementing AB tests to increase conversion and improve UX.
Developing new features for our website and maintaining existing components.
Ensuring the highest quality, performance and security of the products.
Ensuring continuous delivery of new releases while working in an agile way.
Maintaining a healthy codebase and minimizing technical debt.
Consulting other teams in R&D about front-end architecture.
Contributing to the team’s product roadmap.

What skills and experience you should have

You genuinely care about user experience.
You execute well on your own but thrive in cross functional teams.
Communication with stakeholders and team members comes naturally to you.
You’re proficient with CSS and experienced with responsive design.
You’ve done some AB testing.
You’re comfortable with JavaScript and ideally somewhat familiar with React.
You’ve worked on international sites before with multiple languages.
You have some experience with PHP.
