At the request of customer, Talent trek are looking for a Software test engineer for a long-term position.

As Software Test Engineer the area of responsibility is development and maintenance of the test environment/toolchain used for verification of our in house developed SW. You also need to perform testing of SW and develop and support necessary processes in this area.

Your background: Perfect background would be SW programmer/SW developer with experience of advanced and autonomous SW testing environments and SW test toolchains.

This role requires a close dialogue with Software team leader, function developers inside department and also use and collaborate with the network SW test engineers outside department. We offer you great development opportunities within an exciting area with possibilities to develop the Software test engineer role. 

Main responsibilities:

Develop methods, tools for in-house developed SW

Perform SW testing

Report status to release management and line

Required qualifications:

M.Sc. in Engineering or equivalent experience

Experience from SW test environments

Experience of SW unit/regression/integration tests

Documented skills in programming and scripting

Experience from Simulink, Mat Lab and Python is meritorious

Fluent in English (written and spoken)

Driver’s license (B-level)
