What you will be doing?

As our Lead Android Developer at Mobile Interaction, you will, apart frombeing involved in the development ofinnovative and user-friendly app solutions for our ambitious customers, alsoplay an important role in building a strong Android team. From a people perspective you will coach and mentor your developer colleagues and foster a culture of knowledge sharing that takes the Android team tothe next level. From a project perspective you will have the possibility to lead development projects from a tech perspective and beinvolved in the entire process, from early client meetings and discussions around achitecture & technology to development, launch and maintenance and facilitate as needed to reach success.In the process of creating and delivering the best possible solutions, you will collaborate with both project managers, designers and other developers to achieve the best possible results in each project.

Who do we think you are?

- You have extensive experience working as a Android Developer and therefore have strong skills in Java & Kotlin
- You like taking an active role in coaching colleagues andenabling a knowledge sharing culture
- You have experience of leading development projects from a tech lead perspectiveand used to having the bigger picture in mind
- You take responsibility and initiatives and have a self-drive that makes things happen
- You have strong communication and team working skills and enjoy collaborating with others
- You are solution oriented and enjoy having several projects running in parallel
- You speak English fluently and awesome if you also speak Swedish
