Delivery Manager

Responsibilities:•            Relationship management within an enterprise globally among staff across customer location, near shore development location and offshore development location•            leading large cross-function teams and driving consensus among colleagues; ability to lead, motivate, influence, and drive to results in a highly-matrixed environment •            Ability to develop and grow multiple project teams that is skilled and motivated to deliver against commitments. •            Establishing relevant and comprehensive project performance related metrics covering Performance and Budgets. Monitoring and Initiating corrective action as required•            Identify potential project risks, implement appropriate courses of action to address project slippage and develop strategies to mitigate future risk.•            Resource Management and Planning Requirements: •            10 - 15 years IT Experience•            Qualification - BE and MBA (preferred)•            Previous experience of managing projects (at least 2) in on-site/off-shore mode•            Experience in managing projects based on Implementation of Software Products – Must•            Experience in managing projects in Insurance domain – Plus•            Experience in managing projects based on C++/Java or other OO Technologies : Plus
