Senior Application Consultant to Benify

THE CHALLENGE

Clients from all over the world are choosing Benify as their compensation and benefits solution. We are entering markets and areas not yet explored! Sounds exciting? It is. Every time we sign a new deal with a Global client – your expertise comes in.

THE OFFER

It might sound like a cliché – but in this role, really, no day is like the other. You will work on projects, from start to finish, with a focus on launching new clients on the global market. It involves everything from gathering and analyzing requirements, discussions with stakeholders, client-specific system customizations, setting up integrations with the clients existing systems and finally launching the solution.

Examples of what you will do:

• Develop clients on the Global market in the context of client launches
• Project planning and requirement analysis
• Be involved in and lead technical discussions, both internally and externally
• Lead and execute the technical part of the implementation cycle
• Integrate with client and supplier’s systems and make sure our clients get the best solutions

You will be part of our Global Delivery Team and they will be happy to introduce you to the Benify way and bring you along on our journey towards World Domination!

The perfect CV is not the most important thing, but to tackle the role, you need:

• A bachelor’s degree in the area of IT, preferably informatics
• A couple of years’ experience as an application consultant or similar
• Experience from SQL and data structures
• Experience from system integrations
• Experience from working in global/international projects with people from different work cultures

Nice to have:

• Knowledge in Java and/or JavaScript
• Experience from project management
• A Dutch, German or French-speaking colleague would be a huge asset for us.
