Today we at H&M extend our capabilities into exploratory analytics. The purpose of this relatively new team will lay the foundation for a new way of working with exploratory analytics. Data need to be more available to a central analytical group. We provide a modern toolbox for business to analyze, enrich and consume the information.As a Power BI Specialist within Exploratory Analytics (ExA) you will work together with our existing Data Warehouse solutions and with a wide range of H&M internal customers. Your task, together with the team, is to continue to build the Exploratory Analytics platform and enable business to reach smarter and faster insights. The ExA team is small, so you will get a lot of chances to learn and develop within the area as we work as a team and in a knowledge sharing way.Microsoft Power BI Pro is available to all office users within H&M worldwide as part of Office 365. Power BI usage is rapidly spreading in our business user community, so we need you who have acquired Power BI specialist skills on top of your Data Analyst competence and experience.The ease of use and general availability of Power BI at H&M gives us the perfect vehicle for providing true Self-Service BI (SSBI) capabilities to our business user community.We are also using the latest development tools within Azure (Data Factory V2, Azure DataWarehouse, DataBricks, R, Python). It is therefore essential that you are interested in learning new things. Furthermore, since we are pushing the boundaries, we are also setting the standard of working with new tools.You will be located at our IT-department in Stockholm, Marievik, where we have an activity-based workplace in order for you to have the best possible conditions for flexible and productive work.The job as a Power BI Specialist at H&M comes with a lot of responsibility – and lots of fun.
