Senior Java developer with AI experience - ÅF

About the job
At ÅF IT Solutions we see an emerging need at our customers, in various industries, in the field of Artificial Intelligence and Advanced Analytics. In order to meet the demands, we need to strengthen ourselves with dedicated and motivated consultants who have genuine interest in AI and Machine Learning and who want to be involved in and develop our market offering within AI and Future Technologies.
Today we deliver many different solutions to our customers within the field of AI, both at our customers and from our inhouse project delivery team. We also have a product development team working on our own Machine Vision platform, Flowity (https://flowity.io).  

Who are you?
To be able to contribute to our projects we see that you have a relevant degree within IT, Computer Science or other relevant education and you have at least 3 years of professional experience within software development, and preferably Java 8 or later. During your work you have worked with:

Relevant frameworks such as JPA, REST or SpringBoot
Architecture (mircoservices)
Agile methodologies

To stand out compared to others you also have experience of working with cloud solutions (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud). Experience of other programming languages and/or frontend development would be an asset.
You may not necessarily have had an official assignment within the area of AI, but you probably have a strong interest in Machine Learning that we will focus on instead. We think you've seen many documentaries and YouTube clips related to Machine Learning, and you've probably performed a number of home projects, just for fun.
