Who will you be working with and what would you do?
Vimla!’s team contains some of the most humble and skilled technical nerds in the telco business. They are devoted to creating an exceptional user experience and cool new features! You would focus on the back-end and be part of building a completely new micro-service environment, reliable high availability services, and a new legacy-free telco platform. At Vimla! you would have the opportunity to be part of the whole process of designing, implementing, documenting and testing their software.
Vimla! base their back-end on Kotlin, Node, AWS, and Kubernetes, while using Typescript and React in their front-end. To invest in the best possible tools and environments to make development efficient and ergonomic is a given. Vimla! want to create an open platform for telco that the developers can use and influence. They work in an agile environment where your ideas and opinions will count, with the opportunity to make a big impact on both their future and the future of mobile carriers.
To thrive in this environment, you have written your fair share of backend code.
In Vimla!’s opinion, it’s much more important that you are a passionate developer rather than what specific languages or technologies you’ve used. But since they use Kotlin, it would be great if you have used it before, or Java for that matter.
