Experienced Software developer

We are looking for a couple of experience software developers who wants to be a part of the Combat systems & C4I solutions.

Your role:

You will join a proficient product development team and will be surround by committed, ambitious and helpful colleagues. As a developer in such team, you will take part in all phases of a product's development life cycle.

We are developing a run-time integration and development environment for distributed, real-time and IT-safe systems. It consists a base platform, platform extensions in the form of software modules in Docker containers, as well as configuration of building and development environment. We believe in an open-source and community based product development.

You will be located in Järfälla

Your profile:

You have a genuine interest in software development, programming and experiences in the following areas

* At least 3-5 year experience in designing, developing and testing software components within software intensive systems
* Proficient in the use of Python and Go
* Operating system: Linux (Debian), Freebsd
* Technologies as Docker, Ansible, Jenkins, Trusted Platform Module (TPM), UEFI booting, secure booting, IT security, virtualization
* Network: vlan, routing, firewalls, IP
* Experience of agile product development, in particular of Scrum
* Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communications skills, with the ability to work as part of a team
* Fluent in Swedish and English, both verbal and written
* You have a Master's degree in a relevant discipline or the equivalent working experience

This position requires an approval from a security screening in accordance with the Swedish Protective Security Act.

What you will be a part of:

Business Area Surveillance provides efficient solutions for safety and security, for surveillance and decision support, and for threat detection and protection. The portfolio covers airborne, ground-based and naval radar, electronic warfare, combat systems and C4I solutions, and Cyber Security.

You will take part in developing 9LV combat system solution which provides complete C4I for every type of naval platform, ranging from combat boats and patrol boats, to frigates and aircraft carriers, as well as submarines and vessels for anti-piracy, security and surveillance. Our 9LV solutions provide naval forces with outstanding operational capabilities, supporting all mission types, from littorals to the open ocean. We deliver to customers both in Sweden and abroad.
