What you’ll do
As a Software Configuration Manager at Veoneer, you will be responsible for defining and establishing CM-plans for our different software projects and throughout the project monitor any changes in the system software. You will be part of the whole configuration management process including the following areas; planning, identification, change control, status accounting, and audit.
Responsibilities
• Implement and communicate best practices for software development, new releases and tools for automated releases
• Identify new configuration objects, baselines and structures
• Plan, deliver and follow up on revisions
• Implement, improve and follow up processes, methods, routines and tools
• Manage and further develop the Continuous Integration process
• Lead the development teams when it comes to implementing software monitoring and release management for production testing
• Support the teams on how to use JIRA for issue tracking

What you’ll bring
To be successful in this role we believe you have experience of product development in a similar position. If you have worked within the automotive industry, and/or have worked with software that is designed for a larger organization, it will be helpful. We expect you to have experience of continuous integration and build servers such as Jenkins. Hopefully you are knowledgeable when it comes to programming and would like to further develop your programming skills. If you have experience working with security-critical systems before that will also be valuable.
