Developer Lead - Biztalk

As Developer Lead you will be one of our key players to successfully create complex integration solutions in close cooperation with both local and offshore teams. If you are the one we are looking for, you have experience with Biztalk and are accustomed to working with agile system development processes.

You will be part of our platform team, ICC, that supports our integration teams at H&M. As a Developer Lead you will act as the technical leader for both our local solution developers and our offshore Biztalk developing teams. You will face an exciting variety of work tasks that require a good structure and a good inner drive.

Your responsibilities

The job of an H&M Developer Lead comes with lots of responsibility and lots of fun. Your to do-list includes:

- Coordinate and drive development questions between the various delivery teams and between the delivery teams and ICC´s Platform Group
- Responsible for further developing and educating in the area's development guidelines to ensure that these are followed
- Be responsible for the daily technical leadership in close cooperation with developers and integration architects
- Act as process responsible for Build and Configure processes including documentation, follow-up, optimization and process enhancements
- Be helpful in troubleshooting integrations in test environments
- Participate in change management, as well as the design and rollout of new platform functionality

Your skills

Just like all H & M's employees, you are a social, open, communicative, sales-oriented and ambitious team player with strong inner drive and a positive attitude. You are also prestige less, educational, communicative and structured.

Also, you have these skills and experiences:

- 3-5 years experience in leading roles within system development
- 2-3 years experience in BizTalk
- Good knowledge of the development process from requirements to deploy
- Experience with agile system development, preferably Scrum or KANBAN
- Good command of English and Swedish in speech and writing

It is an extra advantage if you have offshore experience.
