The Job
MAG Interactive is looking for a Junior BI Engineer to our team in Stockholm. The prospective candidate has a passion for problem solving and is ready to kick start their career within games.Responsibilities include:
Responsibilities
- Maintain and improve upon our existing ETL pipeline
- Perform routine maintenance tasks and upgrades of our server architecture
- Work with stakeholders including the management, Marketing, and Analytics teams to assist with data-related technical issues and support their data infrastructure needs.
- Work with big data, creating tools and dashboards
- Build new internal tools used for workflow optimization
- Resolve data discrepancies
Desired skills and experience
- BSc in quantitative field
- Passion for gaming and problem solving!
- Excellent cooperation skills
- Curious and inquisitive mind-set
- Practical hands on experience working with SQL and Python
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills;
- Ability to work independently and also work as part of a team as needed;
- Willingness to learn and improve your skill set
Nice to have
- Some experience with a visualization tool such as Tableau
- Experience with Git
- Experience with Docker
- Basic knowledge of statistics
- Exposure to cloud environments
