About the job As a Business Analyst you will focus on detailing requirements for Mobile App for Corporate customers. You will assist development and assure the quality of developed functionality. Your goal is to maximize the value of investment opportunities and to collaborate with the cross-functional team to achieve goals.

You will be part of a cross-functional team (CFT) with Software Engineers located remotely in Umeå, Malmö and Vilnius and Agile Product Owner and UX located in Stockholm, so business trips are expected as well.

As a Business Analyst you will:

Define and document business rules and detail requirements
Ensure that customer needs and customer value is in focus during development
Design and execute test cases to make sure developed features fulfill business requirements
Collaborate with the rest of the cross-functional team to ensure quality throughout the software development and quality assurance process
Participate in daily stand-ups, planning and other agile meetings
What you need to succeed We believe you have a genuine interest in digitalization and truly believe that success is something that can only be reached by working closely with others. You should have at least 2 years' experience working with Business requirements and Quality Assurance or similar role. You should be willing to learn from others to bring extensive domain knowledge to the value stream with deep business and client need insights helping us develop state of the art solutions for our clients as well as sharing your own knowledge and experiences.

You have experience from working Agile and believe that this is the way to successfully develop software in a constantly changing landscape.

Fluent Swedish language, spoken and written
Good understanding of English language, spoken and written
