UX Designer

Airmee is a well-capitalized start-up that is looking for an extremely talented designer to own the design direction for the products that help us solve some of the most complex problems in the world and revolutionize logistics. You must have experience shipping successful UX solutions to complex problems.

What are we looking for?

We are looking for a talented and passionate UX Designer. This role offers a unique opportunity for a designer to bring in industry standards and creative design thinking to define the patterns and practices, evolve the current design, and be part of the Airmee team that will set the standard for the next generation of delivery experience.

Basic Qualifications

A minimum of 2 years of experience as a user experience designer, interaction designer, or similar role.

Experience designing enterprise products, localized web pages and mobile apps.

You've shipped successful UX solutions to complex problems.

A portfolio or samples of enterprise work demonstrating your process for creating great user-centered design solutions to complex problems. Please submit your portfolio.

Preferred Qualifications

Proficiency in a variety of design tools such as Adobe XD, InVision, Balsamiq, Zeplin, and Sketch.

Customer obsessed with the ability to deal with ambiguity

An informed set of core values regarding user experience, user research, usability, technology, and business communication and the ability to present them with eloquence and concision.

Proven ability to work cross-team and synthesize feedback and input from product management, engineering, and stakeholders.

Excellent customer experience intuition; demonstrated success in creating rich and user-friendly web applications business software, mobile apps, and end user features.

Ability to take a project from scoping requirements through actual launch of the project

Experience in communicating with users, other technical teams, and management to collect requirements, describe software features, and technical designs
