UX/UI Designer

We believe that you

• Are open-minded and like to work in a highly collaborative environment
• Are outgoing and communicative
• Preferably possess a bachelor’s or master’s degree in User experience, Human user experience or Interaction design, or similar education
• Are fluent in English, both verbally and written
• Have worked in a similar role for 2-5 years
• Enjoy working in a global company
• Have working experience using Sketch or Figma, or similar design tools
• Are more solution oriented rather than problem oriented
• Feel passionate about UX & skilled in visual design

As a UX/UI designer at DigitalRoute you will

• Help us to establish the UX and design driven process at DigitalRoute
• Be working with visual design and user experience design
• Work closely with engineers, product owners and project managers to ensure product quality
• Create design documents that describe the user experience including customer journeys, personas, use-cases, site maps, process flows, storyboarding etc.
• Have a close collaboration with the other UX designers & developers both remotely and in-house
