Stena Line’s Transformation department with their Trade Management team has a crucial part in this journey. Our aim is to optimise our different capacities in terms of revenue and costs. Our vision with the Trade Management transformation team is to make this process easier and more profitable by offering new cognitive tools. We work closely together with Data science teams in building new algorithms for taking business decisions. We are a small team of Full Stack Developers, Architects, UX and Product owners working cross functionally in close collaboration with the business to deliver our products.

What will you do?
As a Full Stack Developer you will work together with the team to come up with solutions that really drives the business forward. We work a lot with prototypes and short release cycles, sometimes every day! You will work closely with the business in an agile way with design, develop, test and deploy. As Full Stack Developer you will be working with both dev and ops as well as both front-end and back-end. You get to work with pair programming, test driven development and continuous integration/continuous delivery. What you deliver can have a lot of impact since our team work with the Companies total revenue! Cool, right?!

Some of the techniques we are working with are React, GraphQL, .NET Core, TypeScript/JavaScript (Node.js), Kubernetes and Buildkite within dockerised/serverless environments. You will be working with everything from smaller development tasks to bigger making our Trade management platform even better based on input from end users and our Product owners and it is quite often we release POCs to quickly learn, adapt and build again.

The must-have’s:

• At least a Bachelor degree within a relevant field
• Knowledge in the techniques we are using, where React and TypeScript are Must’s
• Preferably previous experience as a Full Stack Developer
• Preferably experience from working in devOps teams
