Job description

We are seeking an experienced backend platform engineer to ideally start as soon as possible, but don’t worry if you can’t, we’ll always wait for the right person for our teams.

Working in a small team of 4, you will work with the Engineering Effectiveness domain & LeoVegas’ whole development organisation as a dedicated resource in supporting the product development lifecycle with tools, frameworks and best practices to help us reach our bigger organisation passion of becoming “King of Casino” and keep us at the forefront of mobile gaming.

Who we are looking for:

We're looking for someone that has significant experience in Java and back-end system development that loves to explore new technology and support and share this with fellow developers in order to build sustainable and scalable systems.

We’d love to hear from you if you:

• Have experience with common Java frameworks such as Spring

• Are no stranger to working with relational databases such as MySQL

• Have a solid understanding of version control using Git. 

• Are experienced in building highly scalable and fault-tolerant distributed systems 

• Consider yourself familiar with architecture principles such as microservices, CQRS, DDD, EIP, EDA, and REST patterns.
