We are looking for a UX designer with a creative mindset and keen eye for the user experience to join our tight-knit and creative team. As a UX/UI designer in our team, you will have the opportunity to be innovative and create beautiful, custom-made solutions that impact thousands of users!

Joining the design team here in Solna, you will be part of a small team with a big passion for design and user experience. You will work closely with both UX designers, product owners and developers, with a great variety of tasks.

What will you do?
Joining our team, you will be involved from the very start of the process; from research and concept phase to usability testing and implementation. We create tailor-made and scalable solutions to fulfill the needs of our customers, and as a part of our design team you will exchange knowledge and ideas with the other designers and contribute to our design vision, systems, and processes.
As a UX designer you will be the bridge between development and business and play a key part in the process of creating smart and user-friendly products. You will work closely together with the product owners in order to achieve the best possible user experience. This means you help identify user needs by using available data and conducting research and workshops with your team and stakeholders.

We are looking for a forward-thinking and passionate UX designer, with great communication skills. Here we are all about the team, together we can push each other to become better, and we want you to also value team efforts over personal efforts. You will contribute to our team with your great sense of design, ability to give and receive feedback and positive energy so that we can deliver the best user experience while having a blast together! You also have:
- A few years’ experience of working in a similar role
- Great understanding of UX and UI within different platforms such as mobile apps
- Experience of working with wireframes, mockups and prototyping
- Knowledge of how to work with Adobe XD, Photoshop and illustrator, or similar programs.
- Experience working with research, sketches, testing and reviews
- Fluent skills in both Swedish and English
