UI/UX Designer

Barnebys Group AB is the world’s leading eco-system for art, antiques and collectibles throughout the value chain. Founded in Stockholm, Sweden in 2011, we have established our business globally with offices in the US, UK, France, Spain and Germany. Our clients include the world’s top tier of auctioneers, antique dealers, galleries as well as regional and local businesses. We offer a search service with 600,000+ items for sale, an extensive database of auction results, a top of the line valuation service, and a white label auction and gallery system. We are now looking to grow our business even further and are seeking top talent to join our team.

We are searching for an experienced UI/UX Designer who can take on the challenge of evolving a graphical library for new products as well as bring new ideas to an established brand. The company is expanding quickly and needs added design expertise to address the exciting opportunities ahead.

The designer will work directly with the Product Development and Marketing teams to deliver on priorities needed to support ongoing and strategic initiatives. This role requires someone who loves solving issues around user workflow as well as someone who can produce visionary graphics. A portfolio is a must.

What you'll do
Design modern, professional graphics for the platforms to promote a slick, usable, and accessible look and feel
Design workflows centered around improving user experience
Develop graphical identities and UI libraries where needed
Delivering marketing materials internally and externally for web
Communicate visionary ideas in collaboration with the design team to stakeholders e.g. Product, Marketing, Development
Deliver designs to spec at a fast pace
Balance multiple initiatives and projects at various stages at once

Who you are
Experience in designing for web 
Experience in responsive layouts and typography
Great communication skills
Experience in working at a fast pace for the high pressure needs of a fast growing company
