We are looking for you who is an experienced development engineer who enjoys complex problem solving combined the opportunity to inspire and lead in SCRUM methodology.

The department Autonomous Systems is responsible for piloting, testing and developing future Autonomous Transport Solutions (ATS). This work is done in agile and self-steered teams with the ambition to evaluate upcoming technologies and develop these for serial production.

Your profile
We think you have an Academic engineering degree (B.Sc., M.Sc. and/or PhD), + 5 years’ relevant work experience (e.g. software development or as Scrum master)

You have a genuine interest of leadership and like working and interact with others. As a person you are communicative since you will inspire and lead us in our way of working in the group as well as with our interfacing groups. You prefer working in a changing environment with the possibility to affect and contribute to improvements.

Preferably you have skills in C++ programming to be able to contribute to the work in the development environment. Experience of working with embedded software and/or Automotive industry and/or Continuous Integration pipeline.
