About the job Identity and Access Management is an area within Group Information Security unit. Our services are utilized by a vast majority of applications used in the bank to increase the overall security posture. We design, implement and maintain commoditized cyber security infrastructure such as:

Identity Management (automation).
Infrastructure Directory: (Active Directory, Virtual Directories).
Authentication & Authorization: (SAML2, Kerberos, OpenID, MFA).
In this role, you will be engaged in developing and supporting cutting edge Identity infrastructure used across Swedbank group.
On daily basis you will be working with following assignments:

Develop and support Identity infrastructure used across Swedbank group
Design solutions following customer requirements
Engineer and Implement automations in the IAM area
Resolve incidents, bugs and deficiencies
Occasionally, act as level 3 support for incidents within the area of the team's responsibility
Resolve incidents, bugs and deficiencies

What you need to succeed As a Software Engineer in our Identity team, we expect you to be a driven individual, with good technical skills and constant desire to stay on top of technology. You have successfully completed a degree in a relevant subject and have a solid combination of the following requirements:

At least 1-3 years of experience in software development (Java, PowerShell, Python, or similar)
Understanding or interest in IT infrastructure
Ability to handle uncertainty and do quick and efficient drill down in the given area.
Team-oriented, good communication skills and willingness to share your knowledge
Analytical and organized mindset
Proficient in oral and written English
A good sense of humor
