Grooo has been commissioned to find a Product Owner to Advinans, a fintech company with the vision that through modern technology, reduce the cost of financial services and help their customers make the right personal economic decisions. In digitizing every step of the process, Advinans makes banking and finance simpler, safer and cheaper - for their customers, partners and themselves. About Advinans

Advinans is a tech company disrupting the Swedish benefits industry. With modern tech, we can create smooth processes for the employers and great services for the end-user. Using modern tech we have a great cost advantage to inefficient incumbents. 

Founded in 2015 Advinans has built a leading platform with strong commercial traction in the Swedish market. With strong momentum, Advinans has great opportunities to further expand and finetune its services. We have just started. The Swedish market opportunity is roughly 3 million end-users, with a pension market of ca 500 bn SEK and growing in an insurance market of ca 10 bn SEK in yearly premiums. 

Advinans platform is built on the latest tech - built on a microservice architecture, with node.js in the back end and react in the front end with GraphQL APIs. The platform is hosted on Google Cloud. Working in close cooperation with our customers we work with agile development. 

Advinans today has 23 employees, whereof 15 are working with IT development. It’s a professional yet relaxed culture – with a joint ambition to doing good. We sit in a great office on top of the Centralstation in Stockholm. About the role

As Product Owner at Advinans, you will have end-to-end responsibility for developing Advinans service offering - working closely with the Product Manager, Designer, Sales team and Tech team. As Advinans connects multiple services to deliver an integrated benefits platform you will also work closely with business partners, insurance companies, banks, wellness providers, etc.

Of course, you have a good understanding of the B2B customers and the end-users with the ambition to create smooth “one-click” services. As Product Owner you will be based on customer demands to set a business process often together with partners, detail the UX flow for the designer to detail and write crisp copy. Once a product project is approved by the CEO you will work closely with the tech team making the “smooth” vision come true.

You enjoy working in a role where you will get to work with a broad variety of the product process and you are motivated with constantly being challenged by taking the product to new heights, while having a business-wide approach and a good sense of design in combination with a crisp copy. 

As a person, you are self-driven, solution-oriented and always strives for quality. You like to communicate with both customers and the development team. To take on this role, we believe that you have a couple of years of experience working with digital product development and a willingness to handle large projects are important features. You are confident in your role to be able to make important decisions and trust your opinion.
