At HIAB New Business Solutions we are in the center of the digital transformation, and we work with implementing end-to-end functions like Driver Assistance, semi-automatic solutions and remote operations aiming at developing autonomous solutions. The development within this area is huge, and we expect to be part of the functional growth in Active Safety and Autonomous products in the future.
You will be part of an agile development team. In your daily work, you will design software, contribute to the team in carrying out requirements- and subsystem verification tasks. You will share knowledge with your colleagues and contribute to our communities of practice.

Ability to adapt to different social, technical and organizational constraints. 

What you’ll need to succeed:
Ideally you have:
Bachelor/Master’s degree in electronics/computer engineering or equivalent education
A strong software development/programming background with at least 5 years of experience in software development (C++)
Experience in agile way of working
Leadership experience like Scrum master or project leader or having such aspirations.
High competence in communication and networking
Well-spoken and written English.
 

It will be meritorious if you have one or more of the following:
Experience with working on an open-source project
Experience with processes involving automated code generation from models at a higher level of abstraction such as JSON. 
Architecture modeling using UML or SysML.
Competence in Swedish Language
Working with safety-critical systems like mobile machinery or automotive industry.
