Junior Service delivery engineer

Missions:

As Service Delivery Engineer you will be responsible for improvements of the services provided by Netsize as a company to its customers, which include KPI management, Problem Management, Release communication, Bug Management.
You will ensure that standardized methods and procedures are used for efficient and prompt handling of all requests to maintain the service quality, and, consequently improve the day-to-day operations of the organization.

You will act as 3rd line support towards the support organization to ensure request are escalated properly and are handled correctly.
You may require understanding the complexity of the system, and providing ways to quickly resolve the requests.

Who are you?

Most likely, you have a Master or another academic degree in Computer Science or Engineering, in combination with related work experience in both Linux/Unix and Windows.
You have experience in database SQL/Oracle.
Experience or certification in ITIL is an advantage.
Experience in Java technology and J2EE is an advantage.
You have good communication in English and documentation skills.
